Background: Marina is a Registered Social Worker with the College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. She completed her Masters degree in Social Work at Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario. She loves to learn about other cultures, bake, paint and spend time with friends.
Therapeutic style: Marina understands that every person is different in their own way due to their unique experiences and circumstances. I strive to empower people to help themselves achieve mastery over their lives through fostering self- awareness. We will work as a team to understand the main issues and create a manageable plan to achieve goals. She provides clients with a safe space to explore their inner selves.

Background: Annika is a registered social worker (OCSWSSW). Outside of therapeutic practice, I can be found exploring nature with my husband and son, practicing yoga, or enjoying a good book.

She believes that we are all on a unique journey and that speaking with someone about our inner experiences can lead to insights and understanding that can help to access our internal wisdom and skills. We don’t have to do it alone.

She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling & Spirituality from Saint Paul University in Ottawa. Outside of therapy she enjoys trying out new sports and working on art projects.
